Lately we have been hearing much about how Chrysler is about to yank its operations in Canada and fuck off to the States unless the Canadian government (taxpayers), along with the autoworkers dish out billions…yes billions of dollars in aid and more concessions.
For the life of me friends I can’t understand why the goddamn hell anybody would want to waste hard earned taxpayer money on an inefficient company like Chrysler. A company which Daimler was willing to lose billions of dollars in order to get rid of it. I said it before and I will say it again. We should take the Chrysler/Cerberus Execs put them in a bus and point them south. Better yet, put them in a boat in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean and sink the boat. Yea yea….I like that idea better.
You see folks this company is actually owned by Cerberus. Hmm… Cerberus you say? Yes Cerberus I say. I know what you are thinking…who the fuck is Cerberus? Cerberus is one of the richest most privately owned and secretive investment companies in the world. They are huge. How huge you say? So huge, their exact net worth has yet to be calculated.
So here is my question. Why should the Canadian or for that matter the American taxpayer pour billions of tax payers dollars, in a company which is owned by a private group like Cerberus. Cerberus has more than enough money to bail out Chrysler. I say fuck them…throw the bastards out of the country permanently. Just make sure they understand the consequences. That is…, no Chrysler made in Canada…no Chrysler sold in Canada. It’s not rocket science people. We can not allow corporations such as Chrysler, to threaten, demand, and blackmail us. Shit like this cannot and should not be allowed to go on. Not in Canada.
Cerberus is the name ancient Greeks gave to the three-headed dog which guarded the gates of Hades (Hell), to prevent those who have crossed over from ever escaping. It begs the question – Symbolism or something more devious. Let me have another beer and I will tell you…….

The problem with your idea Joe, is that those of us who work for chrysler lose our jobs. you don't. but i understand what you say. we are angry too.

I feel your pain brother, but I along with thousands of others lost our jobs a year ago and we didn't get billions of dollars to help us. We are still unemployed and have no income at all. On the other hand when things were good you guys were making upwards to $50 per hour and didn't care much about anybody else. You should have invested and saved your money then. If we bail out chrysler you get to keep your job but what about the rest of us. Just food for thought.
